TMJ Migraines and Headaches: Why Do They Happen?

TMJ migraines can be incredibly pain and frustrating, especially if you don’t know what’s causing them or how to fix it. Basically TMJ migraines are the results of strain on a particular part of the mandibular joint.  The strain is caused by tension from the muscles and tendons that exceeds the capacity of the jaw.
